Mayari Mind is a trauma-informed, woman-centred practice grounded in the principles of occupational therapy and mental wellbeing. We support women who are navigating major life transitions—burnout, identity shifts, motherhood, loss, career change, or simply that deep feeling of being stuck.
Here, you’ll find gentle guidance, practical tools, and a grounded approach to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild your life from a place of calm, clarity, and care.
Because you’re not broken—you’re just ready for something different.
Something softer. More honest. More you.
Is This You?
Life shifts in ways we don’t always see coming.
Sometimes it shows up as loss.
Sometimes as reinvention.
Sometimes as fear… and sometimes as hope.
This short video is a gentle reminder that whatever season you’re in — you’re not alone.
And there is a way to move through it with support, clarity, and care.
Watch below to see if this feels like your story.
The Mayari Mind Approach
At Mayari Mind, we support your healing with education, practical strategies, and resources designed just for you. Our approach is rooted in:
- An occupational therapy framework that nurtures your mental health and overall wellbeing
- Trauma-informed practices that create emotional safety, build resilience, and honour your unique journey
- Empowering tools to help you reconnect with your values, strengths, and purpose
- A feminine-centred lens that respects and validates your lived experience as a woman
We understand that healing isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about finding a safe place to start, with compassion and gentle guidance every step of the way.
Meet the Founder
From burnout and big life shifts… to building a space for women to heal.
Hi, I’m OT Fi—an occupational therapist, mother, and woman who’s lived through some serious life transitions!
I didn’t start out in health care. My first career was in HR, but something inside me was calling for more purpose. So, while raising two toddlers, I went back to university to become an OT. It was messy, exhausting, and life-changing.
There were moments I thought I wouldn’t make it—times I collapsed into bed overwhelmed, grieving the loss of my father, navigating marriage, motherhood, study, and the sheer weight of trying to be everything to everyone.
I’ve since worked in hospitals, mental health, disability, paediatrics, and community care. I’ve witnessed the resilience of people—and I’ve had to rediscover my own.
Mayari Mind was born from those experiences.
It’s the kind of support I wish I had when I was breaking down quietly behind closed doors. It’s a space that brings together professional knowledge, lived experience, and deep compassion—for women who give everything, and are finally ready to give something back to themselves.
You don’t have to do this alone.
I’m so glad you’re here.
The Meaning Behind Mayari Mind
Mayari Mind exists for the woman in transition—tired, stretched thin, and quietly wondering if she’s lost herself.
We’re here to remind you: You haven’t. You’re still in there—whole, capable, and worthy of care.
The name Mayari honours the Filipino moon goddess of strength, wisdom, and quiet power. She is a symbol of feminine resilience—rising even in darkness, leading with grace.
The word Mind reflects our focus on mental health, emotional wellbeing, and inner healing.
Together, Mayari Mind is a space where therapy meets reflection, science meets softness, and women come home to themselves.
